Kristin Hayes Claire directs our New Hampshire brokerage operations. Since joining LandVest in 2000, Kristin has compiled an unmatched record of performance across New Hampshire. She currently holds record sales in the Lakes Region, White Mountains, Monadnock Region and major sales in the Upper Valley and New Hampshire Seacoast.
Kristin graduated from University of New Hampshire and lives in a restored farm outside of Concord, NH. She is an competitor in upper level dressage, a former upper level eventing competitor, A-Level Pony Clubber, and is a leader in the region for the United States Pony Club. She has a daughter active in Pony Club and eventing. She has served on her town’s Planning Board and Conservation Commission and is active with local conservation organizations.
